酒店给予的房间升级很让人满意，给到了行政套间，地理位置优越，出入方便。

Well the title of my review does - “Says it all” Mary Goh - The General Manager of this very nice Hotel is a Superwoman to say the least. Of course , there were minor issues which we encountered after checking into this property which has two different wings. There was an issue with our room & bathroom and this was bought to her notice even though we didn’t intend to bother her with this petty issue but let’s say co-incidentally we met her in the beautiful lobby of this hotel and then over our small conversation this was discussed with her and after that she made sure that our entire stay was “ so memorable “ and that we leave Beijing with truly nice memories and good feelings. We were offered an immediate upgrade ( which we never took but are extremely grateful for and a late check out too ) then she offered and invited us for Dinner with her in this beautiful French restaurant Le Cabernet. ( this restaurant is also a part of Novotel) Plus our entire stay was so very well looked after. This hotel was our last point of stay in our first trip of the beautiful country of CHINA. After visiting and having wonderful experiences in the cities of Guangzhou & Shanghai we reached Beijing on the last leg of our trip. Let me start by the “ Location “ of this hotel - amazing to say the least - as we could walk to most places Beijing is known for like the Tiananmen Square, Wangfujing street, etc The metro stop is like 5-7 mins walk on either side of the hotel “ Dengshikou” & “ Wangfujing” So this makes it very easy to travel around the city as metro network is very good here and mostly every city in China. Now after the location the rooms are also nice. A Huge thumbs up for the Buffet Breakfast - what a wide variety of spread from breads , pastries , drinks to small meals - Truly delicious 👍 But the cherry🍒 on the cake is the “ service” from restaurants to breakfast buffet every thing works like a well oiled machinery. Every single staff is very attentive and present. Finally , I must admit it’s the captain of the ship that is responsible for the smooth sailing of the ship. And so is MARY GOH - words fail me to describe the integrity and devotion of this gentle yet tough lady. She to me is a True Asset for this Hotel & Organisation . Truly an EPITOME OF HOSPITALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. She takes customer service to an unprecedented level of excellence. Mary if you are reading this review I must confess now - you made us feel like “ family “ God Bless you always and I feel Managers like you can pass on the true values of hospitality and service to the younger crop in the organisation and equally so they may feel privileged and thankful to learn from a General Manager like you. Finally to conclude my review- me and my lovely wife - “ we left Beijing with a big broad smile 😃

提前半个月订的房间，没有提前排房不说，还说房间紧张，如果不接受给升级成双床房，就按原订房型入住，一直没同意安排的房型，最后还是给升了主楼的行政大床房，会员权益就是这样保障的吗？

早餐跟四星级不搭配，住宿体验最后一天因为缺少沟通，让客户无法打开房门。很不满意
