Amazing stay, highly recommend to stay at Swissotel Beijing top cleanliness beautiful room we got high floor great view, attentive lifeguard. variety of breakfast especially we really love Chinese food section homemade yogurt is really good. Concierge team is very helpful and friendly thank you spring for your kindness. Albert is also helpful walk and show me the direction the restaurant nearby. Club lounge access also very nice as platinum we are so happy and enjoyed our stay. So convenient and all facilities meet expectations. Also second day I was feeling not well there is the clinic 3rd floor the male doctor is so professional and helpful so impressive with this clinic made our Beijing trip memorable will definitely coming back to stay at Swissotel every time visit Beijing

After a year, I returned to the Hotel Swissotel Beijing, and as a guest who is extremely particular about room cleanliness, I am very satisfied with the hygiene standards of this hotel. The housekeeping services, such as laundry, are also excellent with quick responses and friendly staff. Special praise goes to the executive lounge at this hotel. Lounge Manager Billy and his colleagues June and Alice were outstanding, promptly addressing any issues I encountered. They are all warm and engaging Beijingers. Additionally, the Happy Hour offerings in the lounge are fantastic, featuring distinct European-style cuisine. The hotel’s facilities are also noteworthy; it has a prime location right next to a subway station, and the rooms were fully renovated about two years ago, leaving no lingering odors and appearing quite new. From the executive lounge and some rooms, you can enjoy views of the iconic Zun China and Guomao skyline. However, there are a few suggestions for improvement, particularly regarding front desk training. The staff who handled my check-in did not even perform basic member identification or inform me about breakfast and lounge operating hours. Their cold demeanor contrasted sharply with the warmth of the lounge staff. I hope the hotel continues to improve. Highly recommended for both tourists and business travelers visiting Beijing.

Always a warm and welcoming experience! Beijing is my hometown so I know this town really well. For the past few years whenever I am in town, I have always tried to stay at this hotel. The location is hard to beat: Subway station is literally downstairs. Rooms are clean and modern with all the facilities. Food is always top notch - I always enjoyed the breakfast prepared by chefs on the first floor. The best part though are the service and the people, especially at the Club Floor. I found myself immediately looking for Nathan Ma and Alice Ge each time I step out of the elevator each time. They provide genuine, warm services and detailed information each time. Food is adequate and drinks are plenty at the HH. For a weary business traveler, this hotel offers the package to bring you back to speed and ready for whatever Beijing has in store for you.

We chose the Swissôtel Beijing Hong Kong Macao Centre based on reviews from previous guests regarding the rooms, cleanliness, and service. Additionally, its convenience in terms of transportation from Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) was a key factor. The airport is easy to navigate; we just had to drag our luggage a little for some excitement. From the airport, we took the Airport Express (25 RMB per person) to Dongzhimen Station. Then, it was a short walk to the Subway Line 2, which was easy to transfer to. Just one stop later, we arrived at Dongsi Shitiao Station (3 RMB). We exited at Gate C, and the hotel was very close. The Swissôtel Lounge on the 16th floor has excellent service. The food changes daily, and there are many beverage options available. We found it perfect for a quick bite when we couldn't decide where to eat in the evening, especially since the temperature was below freezing during our stay. Overall, our stay at the Swissôtel Beijing was excellent. The room was very clean, the housekeeping was outstanding, the reception staff was excellent, and the restaurant staff was great. The staff at the Club Lounge on the 16th floor also provided excellent service.
