Always a warm and welcoming experience! Beijing is my hometown so I know this town really well. For the past few years whenever I am in town, I have always tried to stay at this hotel. The location is hard to beat: Subway station is literally downstairs. Rooms are clean and modern with all the facilities. Food is always top notch - I always enjoyed the breakfast prepared by chefs on the first floor. The best part though are the service and the people, especially at the Club Floor. I found myself immediately looking for Nathan Ma and Alice Ge each time I step out of the elevator each time. They provide genuine, warm services and detailed information each time. Food is adequate and drinks are plenty at the HH. For a weary business traveler, this hotel offers the package to bring you back to speed and ready for whatever Beijing has in store for you.

We chose the Swissôtel Beijing Hong Kong Macao Centre based on reviews from previous guests regarding the rooms, cleanliness, and service. Additionally, its convenience in terms of transportation from Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) was a key factor. The airport is easy to navigate; we just had to drag our luggage a little for some excitement. From the airport, we took the Airport Express (25 RMB per person) to Dongzhimen Station. Then, it was a short walk to the Subway Line 2, which was easy to transfer to. Just one stop later, we arrived at Dongsi Shitiao Station (3 RMB). We exited at Gate C, and the hotel was very close. The Swissôtel Lounge on the 16th floor has excellent service. The food changes daily, and there are many beverage options available. We found it perfect for a quick bite when we couldn't decide where to eat in the evening, especially since the temperature was below freezing during our stay. Overall, our stay at the Swissôtel Beijing was excellent. The room was very clean, the housekeeping was outstanding, the reception staff was excellent, and the restaurant staff was great. The staff at the Club Lounge on the 16th floor also provided excellent service.

The Swissotel Beijing Hongkong Macau Center is already luke a second home to me everytime I am in Beijing. This is not my fist time staying here. But everytime I am in Beijing, it is kind of a ""Must"" to visit my ""second home"". The room is very comfortable and nicely decorated with wood element. The gym , swimming pool and sauna are very good. Breakffast is excellent with many western and asian choices including pretzl and cheese. The atmosphere in the Executive Club Lounge is very good with many choices of food and drinks, although I do not drink alcohol, there are still many other choicesm Special Thanks to Mrs June Zhau who is always very wholeheartedly welcoming to me everytime I am here. Accessibility: Perfect. Just directly in front of the MRT Station Dong Si Shi Tiau exit C. Thumbs up for Swissōtel Beijing Hongkong Macau Center. This hotel deserves definitely a five star rating.

Swissôtel Beijing Hong Kong Macau Center location is close to Slaton area, close to the stadium, there is a McDonald's restaurant 5 minutes walk and also there is a Alf Leila Wa Leila restaurant, the hotel is beautiful, the reception is beautiful, all the staff are wonderful and speak English, the breakfast is international and complete, maybe a little crowded, I suggest expanding it, the rooms are clean and have full service, I thank all the hotel staff for their service and hospitality to us.

It has been a long time since I have written any review but I felt that I must do one for this hotel. I visited Beijing to see her autumn beauty and stayed in this hotel for more than a week. I picked this hotel for its location- very convenient from the airport and to many sightseeing spots- and yet was impressed by so much more! #1: very clean (I spilled some water on the floor one day and wiped it and the tissue came up absolutely spotless!); #2: quiet; #3: helpful staff. I love the decor of my room and it was such a comforting place to rest after my daily tripsing around the city. This will certainly be my go-to hotel for future visits to Beijing.
