We are a family of 5, so it was great when we were able to get 2 adjacent rooms. The staff from reception to cleaners were so friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The best part of the stay was the breakfast as there was a lot of selection.

The hotel looks old and the carpets were dirty. Our room #301 has bad design of floor drainage leads to water overflow into the bathroom door and even flooding the room if 3 persons take bath subsequently. Car parking underground is also dirty, looks like parking in an abandoned building.

Renewed accommodation. very friendly people, good for groups. Nearby Train Station, so works with the tickets for the metro.Calm neighborhood. breakfast is ok and enough. the rooms are clean and with shower. A good price for this hotel

It makes Premier Inn look 5 star. Soiled sheet on arrival (cleaner just shrugged when I showed her), not enough bedding for the bunk bed provided although couldn't get the cleaner to understand why a sheet was needed to go with the blanket. The tv didn't work and only one power socket out of 3 worked. The doors have huge clunky keypads for entry and the brown plastic furniture is awful. Air con was good though and the beds were comfy. Location is ok and there are a few bakeries not too far away for breakfast. You wouldn't want to spend more time than you had to in the room but if you are out all day/evening sightseeing then it's fine.

.. reluctance and lack of interest .. for more than half and hour has " a small group of teenagers from hungary " only cornflakes and yoghurt for breakfast .. if we did not alert the hotel stuff .. it will probably take much longer .. but maybe the kids was on " a growing slim stay "..

Les réceptionnistes totalement désintéressés, pas souriantes ni accueillantes . Definitely not going back there. The breakfast was good. I just felt unwelcomed or unwanted.The room was comfortable and neat

Breakfast did not have many options, it had some bugs running around close to the food. The matresses were dirty and the recepcionists did not have any knowledge about Paris, and sometimes at night there was nobody at reception. I won't be back!

Hotel location was fine. Hotel staffs couldn't explain well on how to get to paris city centre by RER. Poor explanation. We didn't get enough towel and toilet paper for 3 pax. Two towels were received. Vacum was not done under the bed. Kid bed was not done at all. Towels are old and thin.

Our room was on the ground floor with a broken window...We were sleeping three nigths with an open window on the ground floor. When we realized it we told the receptionist and she told us that she would change us a room the next morning because the hotel was full booked. We read onother reviews and they had the same problem so the window apparently was not repaired at all. We didn't had an option so we accepted it. The other day they did change us a room and the first thing we noticed it was the door hadn't a lock.. The whole experience was aweful.

Arrived at hotel room to be greeted by stench of stale urine. Carpet stained in numerous places. Double size mattress placed on king size bed frame leaving corners of bed frame protruding. An accident just waiting to happen. Curtains had countless holes and dirty.Wall around air conditioning unit black with dirt.Despite raising a formal complaint with Accor Hotels several days ago (with photos to prove) I've still not received any formal response.Would not recommend Accor Hotels based on this experience.

We were going to a concert at the Zenith and this hotel is ideal location for the La Villette. park. 10-15 minutes pleasant walk along the canal and you're there. Not far from a metro to get into the centre either.

So much strains in Bathrooms & Toilets and even on floors. Window clothes are torn and very very old. Breakfast was very good. Very Friendly staffs. i have stayed in many IBIS Budget hotel but this hotel has the lowest grade when compared to others.

I know that Ibis Budget is a low fare franchise from Accor hotels. Every time I had stayed in one of its hotels I have always found a clean hotel with pleasant employees and a very well-functioning infrastructure. However, I was very disappointed with this hotel (Ibis Budget Gare de Pantin, Paris, France). I found a quite dirty hotel with old installations, like the shower cabinet that was dirty and the carpets in the bedroom floor smelled old. The vending machine on the ground floor was not working, the reception didn't even have a power adaptor to offer and one of the receptionists (on the firt night) was in a very bad mood. I really expected to see a different hotel. I might start to rethink my decision to stay in hotels from Ibis Budget (I am actually writing this survey from another hotel right now, which is not an Ibis hotel).

It is not the first time that I stayed in this Ibis Budget. The personnel is great, very friendly, very helpfull without being sticky. I relly like them. But the wifi is really crap (and good wifi isn't a big investment for a company like Ibis and is necessary these days), And there is no airco in the rooms and it was very hot.

Rooms require renovation

When arrived late night we got the room nr. 11, in the morning I have discovered that the shower hose was broken and I could hardly take a shower. When asked the reception to repair the shower hose, they proposed to switch to another room (nr. 404). The room was OK, excepting the door-lock that was shaking. When arrived next evening I have discovered that the door-lock was completely broken and the door was NOT LOCKED anymore. Luckily nothing has disappeared from the room.

Non smoking rooms that reeked of smoke, leaking shower heads, cast lamps, cold water were just a few of the issues. We tryed our best to speak French most of the time, if we didn't we wouldn't be understood, most of the staff speaks only French.

IBIS Budget Paris Prote de Pantin 3 night stay was comfortable with manageable breakfast. Its location is convenient to travel by bus to nearest Tube station with connectivity to all Metro train connections. Local map, Guidelines, Airport drop was arranged. Paris train system is superb. We enjoyed Paris thoroughly with 3 day single tickets of train & bus. The system so nice we can find the timings of bus and train very easily. It was easy for us since I had booked all the main tourist events though net of France Tourism. We enjoyed the Indian Restuarants nearer to Gare Du Nord & various Turkish Restuarants. Hightlights of our tour was Seine River cruse in evening, Eiffel Tower, Louvre Musem & Lido show and anything and everything in famous Avenue in and around Champs-Élysées. Day travel can be enjoyed with umberlla, sunglass during hot days. One can use cycle rikshaws for short sight seeing near famous spots. We found people very friendly. Few of them walked with us to guide us in the complex train stations to catch the right train. We are very thankful for the hospitality of local French people. We arrived at Paris-Gare-de-Lyon by TGV train from Zurich and got help of Portar service and taxi to hotel. This was big relief since we had lugguage. Overall I can say the trip was memorable and wish to visit again after learning French.

Nice hotel. Very clean but house keeper don't care about clothes in the room. We find some our clothes down on the floor. Metro station is 8min walk distance. Reception staff are very kindly. Reception work 24 haurs.

Whilst the room was clean and attended to each day, the decor was not brilliant, the lower part of one of the walls of the shower had a crack and was tarnished brown, the plug for he sink was missing which made wet shaving difficult. Also not quite enough storage and no kettle. We were out in Paris until late every day so not a huge problem. Overall I'd stay there again if I was only using it to sleep. On the whole the staff were polite and helpful.
