Dear Yuko, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the room size did not meet your expectations. At the time of booking, a Queen Room was selected, which is our most compact room category and is designed primarily for short stays or single occupancy. For guests seeking more space, we do offer King Rooms and King Business Rooms, which feature larger beds and more generous layouts. These options are available to choose at the time of booking and are priced accordingly. We appreciate your comments and agree that room size is an important consideration, especially when travelling as a couple.
