Excellent location with in walking distance to city shops, bars restaurants, trams and busses. Modern decor. Room was adequate with city views. Price was affordable. Very clean and Modern. No worries with noise level. Friendly staff. Adequate amenities for my stay. Great breakfast

Had a very basic room, would be nice to have a lock on the bathroom. We had a cheap room, so relative to price it was ok. Dated furniture. The plus is that it is in the heart of city and a block or two over from the viaduct which was convenient. Bed was good, pillows options available.

Hotel was clean and in a very good location in Wellington. Lots of cafes right around the corner and easy walking distance to the cable car, the museum, and the pickup spot for the Weta Workshop tour. This line of hotels just gives one type of soap in the shower that’s a 3-in-1 soap, shampoo, and body wash. No conditioner is offered. Hand soap is by the sink. They have laundry for a small cost and the machines have their own laundry soap that automatically adds to the wash so you don’t have to worry about someone else having used too much before you and leaving residue.

Hotel is in a great spot and within walking distance to pretty much everything. Close enough to the airport and the buffet breakfast was a bonus.

I used it as a one night base to visit family. The bed was very comfortable. There was a pillow choice but the phone in my room wouldn't work and I found out late at night. I was not given the internet password so I don't know what happens there. The reception held my bags until check in time. You need to pay more for early check in, before 2pm, or book yourself the night before. Hot water, clean, tea coffee jug, own temperature control. Taxi stand right in front of hotel. Woolworths supermarket one Street back, waterfront two streets before. Post Office across the road. Shops around. Restaurant looked nice but I didn't use.. plenty of choice as around. I would definitely stay again
