Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your experience with the heating during your stay, particularly during the middle of winter. Our hotel operates on a central heating system, which is currently set to heating. However, we are sorry that this did not work as expected in your room. We will have our Maintenance team investigate the issue to ensure there is not a fault with the system. We are glad that our team was able to provide a temporary solution with a portable heater, but we sincerely apologise that this was necessary and for the inconvenience and discomfort caused during your stay. At the time of booking, a Queen Room was selected, which is our most compact room category and is designed primarily for short stays or single occupancy. For guests seeking more space, we do offer King Rooms and King Business Rooms, which feature larger beds and more generous layouts. These options are available to choose at the time of booking and are priced accordingly. We appreciate your comments and agree that room size is an important consideration, especially when travelling as a couple. 部屋がとても狭いです。「ダブル」で予約しましたが、ベッドも部屋も狭くて2人だと寝返りも打てないような感じ！「シングル」で1人だったらいいかもしれません。それでも狭いですが。荷物を置くところもない感じ。荷物はベッドの下に入れるようになってはいますが、それにしても狭すぎ！ 2人だったら、やめた方がいいです。

Wellington中心部で周りにレストラン他お店もあり、立地は全く問題なし。 ただし部屋の位置に寄っては道を挟んだ向かい側のInterContinental Hotelの部屋から丸見えなので気になる。 また、ホテル内にGym無し。 部屋にドライヤーは置いてあるが、クローゼットの中で分かりづらい所に置いてある。洗面台付近に置き場所を書いておいてもらえると良い。 バスルーム据え付けのソープは3in1のみ。 シャンプー、コンディショナーを置かないのは理解するが、それならフロントで販売してくれれば良いのに、と思う。 ベッド周りに電源無いのでアラームをかけるのが不便。 朝食バフェはスタッフが色々対応してくれるのでとても良い。 サラダを多少置いてもらえると嬉しい。 1泊、２泊程度なら良いが、3泊以上だとちょっと向かないかなと感じた。
