部屋がとても狭いです。「ダブル」で予約しましたが、ベッドも部屋も狭くて2人だと寝返りも打てないような感じ！「シングル」で1人だったらいいかもしれません。それでも狭いですが。荷物を置くところもない感じ。荷物はベッドの下に入れるようになってはいますが、それにしても狭すぎ！ 2人だったら、やめた方がいいです。

At the time of booking, a Queen Room was selected, which is our most compact room category and is designed primarily for short stays or single occupancy. For guests seeking more space, we do offer King Rooms and King Business Rooms, which feature larger beds and more generous layouts. These options are available to choose at the time of booking and are priced accordingly. We appreciate your comments and agree that room size is an important consideration, especially when travelling as a couple. We stayed one night to access the ferry to Picton—service was poor, our original room was flooded, the smell was awful and we were relocated one floor down without anyone checking whether the floor below had the leak. The front desk did not apologize, the duty manager did. The room itself felt dirty, the furniture old and dirty. To top things off, we had to evacuate the building for an alarm, there was no all clear And no one to explain when we finally followed the crowd back to the hotel. Would not recommend, poor experience.

We stayed here for 3 nights before taking the ferry to the South Island. We booked an accessible room (No. 102) The room was spacious enough but there were a couple of issues during our stay. 1. The cistern was leaking causing a loud noise every 30 seconds, I had to turn the valve off at the back of the toilet to stop the noise 2. The bed rolls away when you sit up in bed, my wife who is disabled nearly fell back as the bed suddenly moved forward. There was a tray of discarded food left outside a room next to ours, I reported to reception it had been there for a couple of days, I had to report again before the tray was removed. Parking is charged at NZ$35 / Day, we were charged for 3 full days even though we only stayed for less than 2.5 days The best bit about the hotel is it’s central location

Excellent location with in walking distance to city shops, bars restaurants, trams and busses. Modern decor. Room was adequate with city views. Price was affordable. Very clean and Modern. No worries with noise level. Friendly staff. Adequate amenities for my stay. Great breakfast

Had a very basic room, would be nice to have a lock on the bathroom. We had a cheap room, so relative to price it was ok. Dated furniture. The plus is that it is in the heart of city and a block or two over from the viaduct which was convenient. Bed was good, pillows options available.
