Sehr schöne Hotel direkt in Stadtzentrum, nur wenige 100m von Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Große Zimmer, schnelles Internet, sehr nettes Personal.

Der einzige Kafeeautomat wurde genau dann gereinigt als wir frühstückten. Als wir nach gut 45 Minuten fertig waren gab es immer noch keinen Kaffee oder Tee. Alternativen wurden nicht offeriert.

However, I would like to sincerely apologise for the poor breakfast experience you encountered. Having the only coffee machine unavailable during breakfast service, with no coffee or tea offered for an extended period, is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. Your feedback has been shared with our Food & Beverage team to ensure cleaning schedules are better managed and that suitable alternatives are always offered to guests in such situations.
