Sehr schöne Hotel direkt in Stadtzentrum, nur wenige 100m von Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Große Zimmer, schnelles Internet, sehr nettes Personal.

Der einzige Kafeeautomat wurde genau dann gereinigt als wir frühstückten. Als wir nach gut 45 Minuten fertig waren gab es immer noch keinen Kaffee oder Tee. Alternativen wurden nicht offeriert.

Having the only coffee machine unavailable during breakfast service, with no coffee or tea offered for an extended period, is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. Your feedback has been shared with our Food & Beverage team to ensure cleaning schedules are better managed and that suitable alternatives are always offered to guests in such situations. Hatte elf Monate vorher das Zimmer reserviert und um einen Parkplatz gebeten. Als wir ankamen konnte die Mitarbeiterin unseren Wunsch nach einem Parkplatz lesen, aber man hatte keinen Platz frei. Dafür hätte ich vorher anrufen oder eine Mail schreiben müssen. Das Frühstück und einen Hund kann man zubuchen, aber einen Parkplatz nicht. Schade!!! Mussten das Auto wieder aus der Garage rausfahren und bei Wilson unter der Arena zum Ibis-Sonderpreis von NZD 40 pro Tag parken. Waren genervt und dann begann die Mitarbeiterin auch noch zu singen.
