Das gesamte Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und um jeden Gast zugewandt bemüht. Die Mitarbeiter schaffen eine familiäre Atmosphäre, so dass man sich in jedem Augenblick willkommen und wohl fühlt. Ein großes Dankeschön an alle Mitarbeiter an Rezeption, Bar und Restaurant und Housekeeping.

Das Hotel ist abgewohnt und Bedarf dringend einer Sanierung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gerechtfertigt und Valetparking für 40 NZD/Nacht unverschämt. Auch die Umgebung ist nicht gerade der schönste Fleck Wellingtons. Von der Accor-Gruppe hatte ich mehr erwartet als diesen unzumutbaren Schrott.
