Boutique Hotel nuovissimo in pieno centro a Melbourne. Abbiamo girato la città a piedi comodamente. Staff di una gentilezza eccezionale. Camera pulitissima, moderna di design su due piani con bellissima terrazza per cene o aperitivi romantici . Unico neo? Troppo breve il nostro soggiorno. Grazie a tutti torneremo sicuramente!

Wir waren 10 Tage wáhrend den Australian Open da die Lage und Zimmer sind einwandfrei top. Frühstück wenig Auswahl und Personal sehr nett aber leider klppte es mit der Rechnung nicht und es war immer wieder falsch. rezeption Lobby für 5 Sterne zu klein.

Sono arrivata ieri, in reception ho trovato personale poco cordiale e non amichevole. Sono stata accolta con musi lunghi e poca disponibilità. Le informazioni che ho chiesto mi sono state date con riluttanza e malavoglia. Oggi, dopo una giornata in giro per la città, al mio rientro ho trovato una cunicazione che la mia camera non è stata pulita e sistemata, infatti l'ho trovata come l'ho lasciata stamattina. Un foglio assurdo di scuse, mi è stata offerta una pizza gratis per compensare il mancato servizio. Semplicemente ridicolo. Di certo questo hotel non ha un servizio 5 stelle e ha senz'altro un problema a livello di personale. Sono qui ancora fino a martedì, vediamo se qualcuno mi pulirà la camera domani. 5 stelle solo per il letto, lo schermo TV grande e la grandezza della camera. Grande delusione.

Un hôtel qui mérite amplement ses 5 étoiles ! Un accueil et des prestations au top. La chambre supérieure est spacieuse et donne accès à une belle vue sur la ville. Les équipements sont de qualité, il y a tout le nécessaire pour profiter au mieux de son séjour. La restauration est très bonne avec une belle offre de petit-déjeuner et un choix très varié au Blossom Bar qui permet de partager des bons moments au rooftop. L'hôtel est très bien situé en centre-ville de Melbourne. Je recommande et j'y retournerai ! Mention spéciale à Préviance et Philippine

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel fut assez décevant. Nous avons l’habitude d’autres hôtels Pullman, celui ci n’est pas à la hauteur. Les locaux, de la réception, la salle de déjeuner et la zone de bar au 14eme sont du béton peint très décevant, avec très peu d’ouverture, assez étouffant. La chambre est de bonne taille mais très brouillante avec des fenêtres simples n’isolant pas du tout du bruit de la ville. La douche à un simple filet d’eau sans pression, ce qui est regrettable. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas du tout au standing de l’hôtel. Longue attente pour installation, choix de plat chaud limité en quantité et nous devons l’attendre en moyenne 20 minutes (nous avons pris 3 petits déjà, toujours pareil). Le choix est trop limité. Donc clairement pas à la hauteur des Pullman (nous étions quelques jours d’avant à celui d’Auckland qui lui est un vrai Pullman). Nous ne reviendrons pas.
