We stayed in this hotel when we played a tennis tournament. It is impossible to live and relax too, since after 11 pm in the neighboring cafe, which plays loud music until 1, or even 2, in the morning. You won't sleep. If you arrive in January, you need to keep in mind that the air conditioning does not work and the rooms are cold. The administration and hotel employees do not react at all to comments and requests regarding silence after 11 pm. Therefore, choose a hotel near the courts.

Please kindly note that the nearby café is not under the direct control of the hotel. However, upon receiving your concern, our team took immediate action by contacting the relevant authorities to address the noise issue. In addition, we offered to relocate you to a room on the opposite side of the hotel in an effort to minimize the disturbance and improve your comfort as agreed from your side. Regarding the air conditioning, we regret any inconvenience caused during your stay and appreciate your comments, which help us identify areas for improvement. At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; your feedback is very important to us.
