Please accept our sincerest apologies for the issues you encountered. The condition of the bathroom and towels you described is completely unacceptable and not reflective of our usual housekeeping standards. We have already addressed this matter with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure immediate corrective action and stricter quality checks moving forward. Regarding the Wi-Fi outage, we understand how essential reliable connectivity is for our guests. Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected technical issue during your stay, and we regret the inconvenience it caused. Our service provider has since resolved the problem to prevent future disruptions. On a positive note, I am pleased to hear that our front desk team member made a positive impression through his professionalism and helpfulness. Your kind words will be shared with him as recognition of his excellent service. We truly value your feedback as it helps us improve.
