Great location. Great staff. Great rooms. Great value. Ideal for a short stay when visiting Zug. Underground parking was ideal for our needs and motorcycles. Close to the bus and railway station making it a great spot for exploring Zug and further afield. Supermarket and lovely cafe / bakery next door.

I have stayed at several Ibis Hotels, this has the most friendly staff,always willing to help. Filled with positive energy and we all need that when not in our comfort zone.If you don’t want RM service daily you’d get free drink voucher………..

Very poor hotel - worst breakfast EVER ! Do not pay CHF17 - go 30 metres across the road to a beautiful coffee shop. The only plus point about this hotel is that it is opposite the bus and train stations. Trains run on time, all the time. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Thank you Ibis Baar for a very comfortable stay and an overall wonderful experience of our 3 weeks stay with you. Yes the facilities are basic and the lift can do with a touch up but its comfortable. The staff members are the sheroes at ibis Baar…ever so helpful, kind and generous. The location is brilliant. The Baar station is directly opposite and the Coop / Migros are adjacent with more than 10 restaurants/ cafés around for any meal you need.

I have been coming to the Zug/Baar region for business for 20 years and managed to avoid staying at this hotel, until tonight. Unfortunately, all the other hotels were booked out in town. Let's hope i never have to stay here again. One of the single worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Avoid at all costs. Room is not clean, tiny, dity, bed not comfortable....the list goes on. Just avoid at all costs. I am a seasoned traveler and surprised Accor let this hotel operate. This should be closed down immediately.
