We had a very comfortable room . The bed was great and the bathroom spacious and clean. It was very quiet and had plenty of storage. We had no issues at all. Breakfast had an enormous choice of high quality with filter coffee served at the table. We enjoyed use of the bar and the location of the hotel was excellent too. Faultless!

Great location and hotel. Lovely staff. Beautiful view of the square. My only compliant was the temperature of the room was on heat, no option to switch to cool so slept with the bathroom window open. Plently of great restaurants in walking distance.

This hotel was a real highlight of our holiday. Perfectly located between the Saone and Rhone to enable easy walking to Lyon attractions. The staff were super helpful and friendly . Our room on the 4th floor had a lovely view of the street and was quiet and very charming and comfortable. The breakfast offered a good rangle , plenty of quality choices .

The hotel offers a generally pleasant stay, yet my experience was unfortunately tarnished by the service at breakfast. Staff is completely overwhelmed, inattentive, and, regrettably, somewhat discourteous. My order was incorrect on two counts, and when I politely addressed the issue, it was met with clear disinterest. Although breakfast is advertised until 11 AM on Saturdays, by 10 AM, most items were depleted, and no refills were forthcoming. Cherry on the cake : several items looked and tasted several days old. Rather disappointing for a hotel of this standing.
