Comparable with other ALL hotels, this one needs some renovation urgently. There was a bad smell on our rooms (we had 2 of them), and we had to sleep with the window open (in the midst of the winter) to be able to bare to be inside. Everything is old. Some renovation will come a long way

Room was dirty and unhelpful front desk. I would say I felt much better when I was staying in 2 stars hotel like ibis I was book earlier.

Second stay at your hotel. I requested in advance to have a room facing the mountains and i had a room facing the hotel entrance. I requested a fan since the hotel doesn't have a/c and I am noise sensitive, but it was not provided. But for my luck, your outstanding receptionist managed to change my room and provided me a fan.
