BAD Stay

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish. 1. Terrible check-in and rude staff We arrived at 1:30 pm with a child and were told no rooms were available. We returned at the official check-in time (3:00 pm) and still had to wait. We only received our room at 4:00 pm. No apology. No professionalism. 2. Dirty rooms and hidden fees The room was never cleaned during our entire 6-night stay. We were shocked to discover that cleaning requires extra payment, which was never mentioned when booking. This is misleading and unacceptable. 3. Absurd towel policy Only one set of towels is provided for the entire stay. Any additional towel costs €6 each. This is not normal for any hotel. 4.the washing machine was not working during our stay. 5.. The location is extremely difficult to access. Taxis and delivery drivers struggle to find the property. 6. Very poor breakfast Breakfast was low quality, poorly organized, and often empty. No variety at all—just croissants and bread. Overall, Poor service, hidden charges, bad management. Not recommended. Avoid.

It is located near Metro station. I like the layout and decoration of the room. I am impressed that Receptionist Jason and Yesenia are very friendly.

Horrible experience at this hotel very rude and unprofessional staff, hotel is outdated room are not clean and not maintained can’t recommend to anyone I know, location is fine however very difficult to reach with the taxi due to lack of signage’s and even cannot be found through google while driving. Over priced for the value given. Can’t believe that this hotel belongs to an international hotel chain with such service

We were very satisfied with our stay at Adagio La Défense Esplanade. The apartment was spacious, with two comfortable rooms and a well-equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle, dishwasher). Having these facilities made our stay feel like home. The location is excellent — close to metro, bus stops, supermarkets, and shopping centers. Although some people advised us not to stay in the business district, we don’t regret our choice. La Défense is impressive, with the Grande Arche and stunning skyscrapers. It’s also a great area to walk with the family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. A special thanks to Ruben and Hasnae for their warm service. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this aparthotel.

Almost impossible to find the front door

Pros: great staff, has laundry. Price was’t too bad considering the location. Cons: impossible to find, couldn’t get over eats to deliver to hotel, apartment was tiny and dated. The drive to get there (under some tunnel) was super sketchy with rodents.
