ibis budget Campbelltown 3 gwiazdki

Very good stay here at the ibis for what i needed at the time. Very quiet comfortable living for the price and close to everything i needed. Comfortable bed and quiet clean room. Across the road literally got some good fast food joints oportos harrys pies and peas and the kebab shop otherwise a minute or two walk from kfc and maccas if in fix of a good meal and dont want to drive other wise vending machine on the groundlevel if not very picky Counter staff were fantastic and helpful even when i had to check out a day earlier due to unforseen circumstances even let me know that my phone charger i left behind in a rush would be put out the back which even idk when ill swing by again this year but the thought and gesture was enough to show good form from the manager!

The hotel location is quite good as it is nearby some eateries. Check in process is smooth, just that there is no lift and we have to carry our heavy luggage up to 2nd storey. Parking lots available for guest, wifi is strong. The rooms are clean, but toilet is a bit too small for us, the power socket located beside the wash basin, may want to consider the power socket location though.

Staff have been rude and condescending both times we have stayed in the last month. They have moved the disabled parking further from the front doors to make staff parking more convenient for themselves. Breakfast area shut down due to covid. rooms are small and need a lot of tlc. No tea, coffee or milk was offered or supplied on either of our stays and room was not made up at any point during either of our stays either. it might be convenient to stay here due to low cost, & proximity to numerous fast food establishments but do your self a favour and drive a little further to avoid the hassle of staying here.

I travelled to Sydney from Melbourne on personal business and needed to stay somewhere in a hurry, I had spoken with the assistant manager by the name of Luke prior to travelling as an emergency backup. My plans went south when I arrived in Sydney so I drove to the Ibis Motel in Campbellfield where I met Luke who was Exceedingly friendly, helpful and professional, whilst I was staying there Luke was only to happy to help with any questions and challengers I faced and this was all whilst training a new staff member by the name of Jo. Jo is a lovely addition to the team as she presented in the same manner as Luke and seemed to be quickly adjusting to her new roll as part of the check in and out team. I have spoken to nearly all of the staff there and I cant fault any of them as they all conduct themselves in the same way as Luke, I would highly recommend this as a first choice accommodation if you are on a budget as it is the cheapest place I could find, thank you to all of the staff for making life so much easier during my stay. warm regards Brian.

Let me start by saying the ladies on reception make this place! They were so warm, friendly and helpful and we felt very welcomed. But that is where the good points end! The place is beyond tired and run down, our room was very sad, with a container for a bathroom. The window and the door weren’t overly secure, I didn’t feel safe leaving belongings in the room when we went out. The rooms are crammed and barely big enough for two people and yet also had a bunk bed for a third person too. I wouldn’t book an Ibis again. Would prefer to pay a bit extra and be comfortable. Thanks again to the reception staff though!
