Good value in a basic hotel. Would return.

Basic hotel at an unbeatable price. rooms a bit faded, but very clean and functional if a bit on the compact size. Comfortable bed! And a pretty good breakfast. Staff were helpful and efficient. Look, this is a budget hotel. It is not the St. Regis. But it's a great value if you need a place to lay your head. Also, there are chickens and roosters in the yard.

Booked two nights through booking.com for (29/9/23 -01/10/23) on 25/09/22 and received confirmation of booking on the 25/09/22. Received email on 01/8/23 informing me of cancellation due to overbooking!!! Very poor customer support of waiting almost a year before cancellation from large hotel group! Not recommended in any fashion!!!!!!

Last minute booking, but not one of the great Ibis hotels. The parking was OK (secure, and we consequently felt happy to leave our bikes on the car), but quite noisy, and incredibly hot. As far a Covid 19 was concerned, let's just say that I used toilet toll to open door handles, and masks weren't used by all. Breakfast was OK, but the person in charge, albeit started wearing a mask, kept removing it whilst still walking through the restaurant. I didn't feel comfortable, but maybe it would have been a different review, at a different time.

A hotel is not made for night parties

Party in the rooms, police to make people silent at 5 am in the morning. Even when it became quiet after 5am you hear people snoring in the room next door, not enough supply for breakfast even if it was only 7.30... In no way it can justify price/quality ratio. Pitty since i use often Accor hotels.

Very helpful receptionist. Could not have been better. Nice clean hotel with good shower. Pity there was no bar nearby. Breakfast was OK but the Ibis in Gersthofen was much better. 200 is far to much to put, if you want more details you risk people like me who will not bother to fill the details in . You must remember we travellers are busy people!!
