Terrible hotel. This hotel is budget in every sense, starting with the service. They hide behind there inflexible booking system. If there is any mistake in your booking, there is 'nothing they can do'. Don't expect any understanding or goodwill for your sistuation from their side. If the computer says no, its no. Would definitly look for a different hotel in the city if you have the chance, there are better locations, better rooms and definitely better service available out there.

Very friendly staff on reception went to drop my bag early that was no issue at all and we had a good welcome too. I use Accor hotels and ibis lots, this ibis styles is ok but the room is an odd layout. But on the other hand the room was very clean and comfortable. Location is also good for centre. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Lille

The reception area and breakfast room are lovely and modern. Staff are great and the breakfast is plentiful... so no complaints there. However our twin room was tiny and the shower room had a dreadful drain smell. We did let the receptionist know and on our return from dinner the smell appeared to have gone but in the morning it was back sadly. Also we both like a cup of hot drink before bed and before going down for breakfast and no kettles are provided at this particular hotel. Its their policy to charge for use of the machine outside of breakfast hours. We also got the vibe from when we booked in that they didn't really want to clean the room unless necessary. It would not be done as a matter of course. I think trying to keep costs down by not having kettle with tea/coffee/sugars to have to replenish every day included. Less electricity too. I get what they are doing but ... 😔.

Great clean basic hotel with everything you need. Friendly staff, they recommended we book a restaurant if we wanted to eat in town. We were so pleased we did as town was very busy. Big comfortable bed . Excellent free breakfast. We managed to park on-site which whilst expensive at €17 it was easy and safe.

First time in Lille - not disappointed!

Brilliant hotel staffed by wonderful people. Super location with all we wanted to visit within 25 minutes walk including Eurostar. Breakfast especially lovely and chilled bar area. Local shops and amenities very close and all you require available.We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again here at IBIS Styles Gare Beffroi. Thank you for your part in making our first family holiday abroad in 4 years very memorable and special.
