Not worth the low price - stay away from this place

We left two hours after checking in and didn't sleep there. Light in the toilet has been removed, no air conditioning, emergency door on the top floor was left open so that anyone can enter, the parking lot gate was left open so that anyone can enter. The entire hotel was accessible to passers-by. Dirty showers, dirty hallways, bedding with yellow stains, door holders of the rooms were broken, strong and irritating smell of cleaning products in the room. Cigarette smoke smell in the other room. Dirty room for breakfast. All kinds of unsavory types hang around the area around the hotel.

Typical F1. For a low price, it takes a long time to get from the bus station.

The main motive for getting here is the price. F1 is almost always the cheapest option to stay in France. Metz is no exception. The downside of the low price is the distance from the center. Metz Actipole is very far from the center. Most of the day you can get here from the bus station by bus No. 17, but we arrived late, so we drove half the way by another bus, and the remaining 2.5 km had to walk. Otherwise, everything is like in all F1. Getting inside by code, vending machines with drinks downstairs, toilet and shower made of plastic on the floor. A room with one (two-storey) bed, sink, TV, one table and chair. Clean enough. And the room and the linen. There were no horrors described in previous reviews. Wi-Fi is stable.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! What a god awful place, honestly, I am a snob by no means and happy to stay in budget accommodation but this place is beyond budget!! We booked a room with no private bathroom by mistake and oh what a mistake! Shared loos with no toilet roll and excrement smeared on the bowl. The showers were awful and the cover on the bed was stained and ripped and looked like something stolen from a homeless person! If that wasn’t bad enough, just after midnight, the loud, bass thudding music started. There is a nightclub 400 feet away that is open until 5am on Saturday night/Sunday morning. They neglect to put that in their advertisement. Worst place I have ever stayed

We stayed at this hotel just on the off chance when traveling back from slovakia. On arrival gate was closed so you can't get your car in until you check in. Well that's when it goes down hill it was late no receptionist so it's a self service machine outside where you pay by card before you get the code for the gate and door to the place. So in we go stinks of cig smoke everywhere. We new it was budget but the toilets and showers where stinking. The rooms have a sink and t.v. and clean sheets but also stink of fags the walls have got stains on them god only knows what they are. So in the morning the wife decides to use the toilet only out of desperation, she comes back to the room only to inform me that the place was full of men from romania gawking at her on the way back to the room very intimidating. We did not enjoy the stay and won't be back in a f1 hotel again. If you have extra cash use it for another hotel.

Don't stay here. Just don't.

I am genuinely shocked at how bad this hotel is. Yes I have stayed in F1 hotels before, and yes I expected clean and basic. However. Basic would have been an upgrade. Filthy rooms. Smelly rooms. The only trade seemed to be brothel trade. And the bed linen? God knows what the stains were. The most frustrating thing about this hotel is the automatic check in. It takes your money and allocates you rooms. Our rooms were disgusting, but there is no one at check in to complain too! We were not prepared to stay the night, it really is that bad so we moved on. So, commence the battle for recompense. Using Accor hotels web form, I complained and got no reply. So I complained again and this time got a reply from someone who obviously hadn't read my complaint properly and they offered me 10% off my next stay at an Accor hotel. Like I'm ever likely to stay at one again. Followed by an web form back to them saying not good enough and I will be contacting my credit card company for a payment recall if no response. So 7 days later and still no response despite their promise of reply within 48hrs. So I'll continue my battle to get a full refund from this bunch of Cowboys, but my advice to you, dear travellers, is do not stay at this hotel. Just don't. You will regret it.
