Nel hotel manca l'aria condizionata e non sono riuscito a dormire bene per il caldo. Se c'era l'aria condizionata avrei dato un voto positivo

Bed sheets had cigarette holes in and stains all over. It was very hot in the room and everything felt gross. No fans and no air con. The room is literally just a bed. The toilets are shared and had nowhere to wash your hands, and the showers are shared. You have to pay to use their towels, which is absolutely ridiculous. The corridors stunk of cigarettes. Only stayed for just under 30 mins before booking another hotel which is clean and comfy. I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star but it’s the only option.

Booked this for a budget stay over on route from spain to uk. We have booked premier classe rooms before which are very basic so presumed that would be the most basic available .. how wrong we were!! The smell of stale tobacco alchohol and drains, was noticeable even at reception. We didnt realise that there would be no toilet or shower facilities in or even NEAR our room.. no towels although these could have been paid for as extra we found out on this website.. we only looked into our room, then walked straight out and booked the hotel next door!!! I've given one star as cant give zero

Hello Madam, F1 hotels are low-cost hotels, We remind you that all extra services are payable in reception, the towels are part of it ... the showers and toilets are not in the rooms and there are some everywhere in the floors. we are sorry the property did not live up to your expectations.

Worst stay ever, we only booked last minute as delayed travelling through France. Rooms smelt like toilets even though they were half way down corridor, no air conditioning, dirty sheets. After arriving at 1am was so tired we literally slept and left straight away after getting up. Wouldn’t have given 1 star but had no choice. Made a complaint to Accor about it 6 days ago and they don’t even respond.

Hello sir, we are really sorry that the property did not live up to your expectations. actually the hotel lacks air conditioning which can be very annoying during the heat as we have suffered this summer. the reception closes at 00h. The room staff obviously changes the sheets every day. Still sorry for the gene caused during your stay.

We really liked the rooms here - perfect for a comfortable budgeted stay. The bathrooms were outside the rooms - at every floor and were very clean and well kept. Lovely hot water perfect for the winter season. Truly enjoyed our stay here. Friendly staff!
