Bij late aankomst is er automaat om de code te krijgen voor je kamer. Deze raakte defect; gelukkig was de hotelier nog bereikbaar. De code voor de kamer werkte in 1e instantie goed;. In 2e instantie (om 23.45u) bleef de deur geblokkeerd; op dit tijdstip was niemand meer bereikbaar en was er ook geen noodlijn. Als dan ook geen handdoek op de kamer aanwezig is, wordt het een teleurstellende ervaring. Daar kan een eenvoudig maar goed ontbijt dan ook niet meer positief aan bijdragen

Het is natuurlijk een low-budget hotel, maar een fatsoenlijk bed is toch wel het minst wat een gast nodig heeft. Gewoon een houten plank met een dun matrasje erop. Bovendien heb ik voor drie personen geboekt en was er maar voor twee personen het bed opgemaakt. Er ontbrak een kussensloop voor het derde bed, wat ook niet oké is. Het incheck scherm werkte niet, zorgde voor nogal wat stress want de receptie was al gesloten. Uiteindelijk ging het scherm toch aan en konden we onze reservering ophalen en kregen we onze toegangscode. Het ontbijt ‘s ochtends was lekker en goed verzorgd.
