Budget-friendly base for exploring Paris

Very basic room but exceptionally clean. The most comfortable bed I have EVER slept in. A perfect budget-friendly base, close to the Metro in zone 3. We purchased a zone 1 - 3 travel ticket from the metro station. Excellent value for money. You will need to bring your own towels but shower gel is provided and toilet paper is plentiful. Basic breakfast of cereal, bread/toast and jam, coffee/orange juice but there is an amazing bakery on the corner nearby. There are vending machines in the foyer. We had a side car room but we’re close to the toilets and showers. Rooms are accessed by keypads so no need to stress about losing keycards. A visit to the Basilique de Saint Denis is a must. Book online to get a reduced entry ticket. We spent all day in the centre of Paris so this accommodation was perfect for us as a base. We had planned to take a taxi home at night times but we tried travelling back late in the evening by Metro on our first night to see how safe it was. It was safe and there were plenty of people around. This saved us a lot of money. When we arrived we landed at CDG. Taxis from the airport are 56 euro to outer areas of Paris like Saint-Denis and 66 euro to the centre. We got an Uber back to CDG when we left which cost 32 euro.

Don't stay here if you think your food is safe in the room, which you brought along. The staff seems very hungry.

The beds were very nice and cozy. Rooms were serviced but didn't understand first why beds were not made decently up. Next morning when we wanted to have breakfast in the room, we discovered some of the breakfast pack's were missing and rusks. Shame, poor staff must be very hungry and under paid to be stealing from guests.

First of all, if you are a turist in Paris, don't book this. Especially don't do it if you have to Travel to this hotel by tram at the night time. It's really far away from the Paris centre and the St. Denis area felt damn dangerous and scary for too small northern girls traveling. So did the hotel itself, I didn't get to sleep because I was so afraid of the noises I heard from the aisles and streets (you can't close the windows if you aren't keen on dying because of the heat, no air condition here.) The toilets were filthy and showers were like fridges on the walls, tiny, dirty and difficult to use. The room design and the commercials on the walls were nice though.

We chose this hotel due to its location close to the airport (30 min drive) and close to centre of Paris (25min walk + 45min metro). We received little help or support in regards to finding our way around, we had to rely on google maps. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, so needed to leave the window open which meant it was a noisy night sleep. In addition, there was building work going on inside the hotel that started in the morning, so sleeping in was not possible. The communal toilets and showers were OK but there were no sinks in the toilets, so we needed to walk back to the room to be able to wash our hands. Would only recommend this hotel to people travelling with low standards for accommodation.

The Hotel is very filthy and worse customer service ever, the room are extremely dirty and no toilet or shower in the rooms , the toilet and shower are shares with other 8 rooms and is about 5 meters howay from the rooms . We could not stay there for 10 min, needed to book another hotel. these Hotel is not suitable for normal people but it may be good for tramps or dirty squatters
