The hotel was welcoming and very clean. The en-suite was very small but perfectly formed! We have had worse showers in 5 star hotels! The only thing I would changed would have been to have a plumper pillow! In the morning we had a coffee and a great chat with staff before getting on our way.

Never again this should not be classed as a hotel

Unfriendly, dirty and too many people hanging around the car park. I was worried about leaving my car unattended.

The smell of smoke and ingrained grime hits you as you walk through the door. And while the staff were very polite and friendly, the place is like a half way house for convicts. Corridors like those in a prison. Extremely tiny room, people walking around the corridors drinking alcohol with towels wrapped around them . We also felt that the car would not be safe in the car park. We checked in, saw the place, left for some fresh air and booked another hotel elsewhere. Best decision ever . Do not waste your time , money and emotional energy on This place.

We were on a roadtrip to Spain, we knew we'd get there late and leave early, so the price was our biggest priority; we weren't expecting much. The room was cramped but well designed with a bed for our daughter above our heads. The interesting wallpaper gave us a good few moments of entertainment too, as we counted off the places we'd been that were pictured in the retro travel posters design. Staff at the desk were friendly enough. The showers and toilets were in a separate area, arranged in booths, and the ones we used were clean. It's clearly a travel hotel rather than a "nice" one but there was a definite bonus in getting a ground floor room that backed onto the car park; we could easily load/unload through the window.

Accor Site doesn't let cancel reservation!

Although the reservation cancellation is mentioned via "a link in the page" as available in the Accor Live Limitless reservation management page, after clicking the cancel button in reservation it simply DOESN'T HAVE a cancellation link or a dedicated section for that. This is just a SCAM to avoid that anyone can cancel a reservation. All I wanted to do was to change the date for the night after, and even this wasn't possible... The hotel simply got the money and I didn't even have slept there. For any case, the reservation number was MBNDNBCQ. AVOID bookings at this hotel, I'll never consider it anymore!
