We are sincerely sorry that your dining experience did not meet your expectations, especially as food quality is a top priority for us and such negative comments remain very rare in our establishment. Decent facilities out of town with excellent link to trans services to centre every 20 mins in 20 mins. Good parking.

Again, we are truly sorry to hear about your experience and the unfortunate incident that occurred during your visit Following your message, we conducted an internal review of the situation. Please allow us to clarify a few points while also expressing our sincere apologies for any discomfort caused. Our technical team promptly intervened to restore the air conditioning system as soon as the issue was reported. Additionally, Tom, our Front Office Manager, was informed of the fall and, concerned for your comfort, proposed the immediate placement of extra non-slip bath mats in both rooms. Unfortunately, we understand this offer was declined. Tom also offered you a complimentary drink at the bar as a gesture of goodwill, which was also refused. We regret if these initial gestures did not fully reflect the seriousness of the situation as you perceived it. Please be assured that our teams are usually recognized for their attentiveness and service quality, and we sincerely regret that we fell short of your expectations on this occasion. We take your feedback seriously, particularly regarding bathroom safety. Your remarks have been escalated to our management and maintenance teams to explore additional safety measures for our showers. As a gesture of our sincere apologies, we would like to offer you a credit of loyalty points to your ALL – Accor Live Limitless account.
