Very close to the Christmas Market

The location is great. It’s very close to the Christmas market with restaurants nearby. On the other hand, the rooms were not cheap, and as the roads near the hotel were closed, it’s quite a walk from the nearest parking to the hotel. We booked one double room and one twin room. The twin room was spacious, with a relatively big window and bathroom. The double room is much smaller, with a small window up the wall which we can’t reach, and the double bed is very small. There’s a free coffee machine at the ground floor. Not particularly impressed.

The room was very small. We paid extra to have a private bathroom, but the sink was tiny. The room itself was clean, and the staff was nice. There isn't a whole lot to do around the hotel but the city of Kehl is a short tram ride away and the number 2 bus can bring you towards the city center. Overall not a bad stay.

駐車場はとても快適だ。治安もよい。 駐車してしまえばね。 出庫も楽だ。 ただし入庫には、そのルートに問題ある。 大通よりは路面電車と自転車道が邪魔して右折できない。 ２個手前で右折し路地を迂回し路面電車と自転車道の間の道路を通る。 初めての方は夜到着時は余裕をもって。 繰り返す、駐車してしまえば駐車場はとても快適だ。

Very bad experience. Overall, the common bathrooms and specially showers are totally disgusting. Not only were there lots of hair but also saw a cover for a razor, which i find very unhigienic. I have been in campings where cleaning level was far superior. Regarding customer service, the worst i have experience so far. I left a valuable item behind and had to call every few days for two weeks explaining the problem again and again saying i would pay the shipment. Some won't even speak English. No answer to emails. Now they say they just will not ship it.

This hotel was everything we needed for a lovely weekend in Strasbourg. The staff was incredibly helpful, when it came to the issues of parking, making reservations in restaurants and giving general suggestions about what to do and see in town. The room was small, but had everything we needed and had a clean bathroom and good shower. The hotel is well located and had a great breakfast buffet as well as a coffee machine in the lobby, for the little pick me up. A good choice.
