We regret any confusion regarding the distance to the airport; our hotel is indeed just 5 minutes from Brussels South Charleroi Airport, and we offer a negotiated taxi rate of €12 when booked through us, as opposed to the standard fare. Dear Nooshi, Thank you for this review about your recent stay. We regret to hear that you encountered some inconveniences during your stay. Regarding the shuttle service, we apologize for any confusion. While we do not provide a free shuttle, we do offer a special price on taxi services for our guests. We understand that waiting for transportation can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As for the room amenities, we do not have minibars or kettles in the rooms, but we do have a large samovar kettle available at the reception for our guests to access boiling water at any time. Additionally, our bar service is open 24 hours a day to cater to your food and drink needs. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future. Best regards,
