I have been coming to the Paris Open since 2018 and have stayed at the Pullman Bercy Centre each year. Comfortable rooms. Staff - especially in the bar and at breakfast - is friendly, welcoming, and fun. Location cannot be better. Bercy Village is 2 minute walk and the Metro 14 is a 3 minute walk. Highly recommend.

This hotel was phenomenal. Stylish, comfortable - the hotel staff was down-to-Earth and helpful. The food was great and the drinks were fab at the bar. It's a wonderful location. My entire stay (when not in a conference room) felt like I was in a uber chic hotel with a bunch of friends. Thanks!

This is my second stay at the Pullman Bercy. There were some hiccups on our first visit, but Clément, Romain, Celine and the rest of the team made up for it, and put things right on our second family visit, and we had an enjoyable stay. The hotel is well located for sightseeing in the city- with rapid access via the metro which is very close. The rooms are bigger than the typical Paris hotel, and were much more comfortable, as we were traveling with kids. There is also a quaint little ‘Bercy village’ area next to the hotel, with a good selection of restaurants, shops, a cinema, and a handy carrefour convenience shop. The breakfast had a good range of hot and cold items, and was to a good standard. There is also a pool and gym which we enjoyed previously. Good choice for a family sightseeing trip!

Initially booked it as I was searching for a decent hotel at the periphery with ease of access to airports as it was election day and was worried of traffic. Turned out I uncovered a jewel in this area and will definitely come back if in Paris especially on a short term visit. The location is ideal with teenagers. Adjacent to Bercy Village it is at a walking distance from a park, cinema, dining places and some shopping outlets. A family can easily spend their time there and there is an option for nearly every age group in a compact (and safe) setting. If you want to visit the monuments, you are at a line 14 metro stop (autonomous so new, clean and punctual - a must in Paris). 40-60 min travel time to main attractions. The hotel itself is also good for families, with some table tennis table, flight simulation, pool and other options for fun. Dining places are very decent and the rooms are spacious. Finally, cleaning is perfect and front desk very helpful and a concierge (smiley lady) that is very resourceful. Enjoy it!
