사진엔 욕조가 있었는데 모든 주니어 스위트 방에 욕조가 있는건 아니라고 해서 황당했습니다. 욕조 없었으면 그 비싼방 예약 안했겠죠

체크인 직후 예상치 못한 상황(생리)으로 침대 시트가 오염되어 당황스러웠는데, 신속하게 객실을 정비해 주시고 저녁에 조치 완료 안내까지 따로 주셔서 정말 감동적이었습니다. 호텔 바 이용 시에도 멋진 사진을 남겨주시고 결제 수단 변경까지 친절하게 도와주셨습니다. 무엇보다 객실 뷰가 환상적이라 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다.
