Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback following your stay with us. We are sincerely sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations and that several aspects of your stay caused disappointment. Please allow us to clarify that the €450 amount requested upon arrival was a standard pre-authorization deposit intended to cover any incidental expenses during the stay. We regret that this was not properly explained to you at check-in. We also apologize for the language barrier you encountered with some members of our team. Clear and welcoming communication is essential, and we understand how frustrating this situation must have been. We are equally sorry to read about the comfort issues in your room, including the bedding configuration, the inability to adequately cool the room, the condition of the bed linen, and the cleanliness of the windows. These points do not reflect the standards we strive to maintain and have been shared with the relevant departments for immediate review. We also regret your experience at the swimming pool. While our reservation system is designed to ensure guest comfort and avoid overcrowding, it is clear that the procedures were not properly enforced during your visit. Your comments regarding supervision and respect of the allocated time slots have been taken very seriously. Finally, we are sorry that the service at the bar did not meet your expectations. Attentive and proactive service should be provided at all times, and we regret that this was not your experience.
