Sehr guter und unkomplizierter Service. Kostenfrei gibt es einen Jacuzzi auf der Dachterasse, Fitnessstudio und Sauna. Jeden Tag wenn wir zurück kamen wurde Kaffee und Wasser aufgefüllt und das Bett schön hergerichtet, auch mit Kuscheltieren. :) Handtücher gibt es bei Bedarf jederzeit neue. Haben ein Bügeleisen benötigt und kostenfrei und problemlos es schnell mit Bügelbrett auf das Zimmer gebracht bekommen.

Ich habe bei Buchung mit Frühstück bezahlt beim verlassen des Hotels dürfte wir nochmals für das Frühstück bezahlen nie wieder

As a clarification, your reservation included breakfast for one person per room, as two rooms were booked. The additional breakfasts that were initially charged corresponded to your child’s breakfasts over two nights. That said, as a gesture of goodwill and in order to ensure your satisfaction, we have exceptionally refunded the full amount of this extra charge to the credit card used for the pre-authorization. We sincerely regret the inconvenience this situation may have caused and hope this clarification helps.
