32 m2 oda seçtim. Ancak verilen oda daha küçük olmasına rağmen ısrarla odanın 32 m2 olduğunu başka oda veremeyeceklerini söylediler. Wellcome kahvesi ikram ediyoruz diyip kahveye ödeme istemeleri hoş olmadı. Konum güzel, hk ekibini tebrik ederim. Kahvaltı çok lezzetli.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our location, appreciated the efforts of our Housekeeping team, and found breakfast to be delicious. We are sorry to learn of your concerns regarding the size of your room and the confusion surrounding the welcome coffee offer. Please accept our apologies for any frustration this may have caused. Upon reviewing your stay, we can confirm that the room assigned to you is 350 square feet (approximately 32 square meters), which corresponds to the room category you reserved. We understand, however, that room layouts and configurations can sometimes affect the perception of space. During your stay, our team did offer the opportunity to view alternative rooms so that you could select a room that better suited your preferences; however, you elected to remain in your original accommodation. We also regret any misunderstanding regarding the complimentary welcome coffee and will review how this benefit is communicated to ensure greater clarity for our guests. Otelin gold kartına sahibim hersene burada kalmama rağmen kötü bir oda verildi. Oda dış ünütelerin çalıştığı makine seslerinin bütün gece gürültüsünden uyuyamadık. Yan oda musluk açtığında boru içinden geçen suyun gürültüsünden uyanıyorsunuz banyo gereçleri tam değil .dış kapılar tam kapanmıyor boşluk var kapanmadı sanıp tekrar çekiyorsunuz .normal su parasını alıyorlar daha saymaya gerek yok birdaha kalmayı düşünmüyorum üyeliğinde hiç ayrıcalığı yok

It is especially concerning to hear this from a Gold member who stays with us regularly. We are truly sorry that you were unable to rest due to the noise from external equipment throughout the night, as well as the plumbing noise when the neighboring room used the tap. We also regret the issues you mentioned regarding incomplete bathroom amenities and the room door not closing properly. This is not the level of comfort or maintenance we aim to provide. We are equally sorry that the service you received made you feel undervalued, and that your Gold membership recognition did not meet your expectations. Nisan 2025 te 20/10/2025 te yapacağımız dört günlük konaklama için “Teraslı özel süit “ ayırdık.26 ıncı kat üstü idi.Geldik 5 kattan süit verdiler 100 usd fiyattan düşmüşler! Zorla bir ODA verdiler: havlu yok, safe box dört gün boyunca çalıştırılamadı,cattle yok, kahve makinası yok!! Sonunda bize indirim yaptılar(?!)..

We fully compensated one night of your reservation and extended a 50% discount on all remaining nights—a recovery valued at over $2,500, representing more than half the total stay. Given the substantial accommodation provided, we were naturally disappointed to see that your overall rating was a “1.” While we respect your opinion, we hope you might reconsider how this score reflects the efforts made to make amends for your experience.
