We booked an event and stayed at the property the night before as it was a 7.30am kick off. The rooms were fantastic - very spacious, lovely decor, super comfy beds! Our dinner and breakfast meals at Alma were delicious! Every team member we encountered was AWESOME - so friendly and helpful! They are a true asset to Novotel Hamilton Tainui!! I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others. Thank you to all involved.

We had an overnight stay and was able to get a late checkout thanks to the helpful staff. They also looked after our hire car and had it ready for us the next morning

Customer service was 10/10! We arrived late after being at the King’s tangi with our 3-week-old & everything was all set to go. A special mention to the guy in charge of parking that night - we hadn’t booked anything but he was quick to sort somewhere for our car :)
