Had a nice stay. Hotel is very centrally located. f. staff but people working in reception when I checked in could have been more knowledgeable about the town and shown more initiative. They had some difficulty providing directions to the famous Hamilton gardens. Breakfast was g.. Probably the best hotel in Hamilton.

Enjoyed our stay. The service and staff was great. Although we had been been regular visitors to the hotel previously, it was nearly a year since we last stayed there however staff remembered us with the Maître de even recalling my name-outstanding on her part.

Staff were very good but the hotel room was a little dated. The shower pressure was also a but weak in our room.
