It seemed you cannot have your welcome drinks until the next day. That is a bit tough if you are only staying overnight.

Kia ora Peter, Thanks for your feedback- although I am a little confused with your comment relating to the drinks vouchers as they are automatic and delivered via your app- which I am sure you are aware of. They are usually dated from your arrival date and can be used at any time throughout your stay up to, and including, your day of departure. Obviously I cannot see what was showing on your app- but if this was incorrect, then we apologise for the glitch. Other than that, I am pleased to see that you enjoyed your stay and we thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope your next visit will be as pleasant as the previous one. Efficient book in and out. Friendly people. A nice new room (405), a bit smaller than usual but lovely decor. View unfortunately was not good.
