Ho soggiornato con un Vaucher preparato dall’agenzia viaggi. Saldato gli extra con la carta. Arrivato a casa ho trovato un addebito di 600 euro circa per la stanza sulla mia carta. Fatto senza ragione e senza autorizzazione. Al telefono non mi hanno dato spiegazioni e supporto. Pessimo servizio. Ora spero l’agenzia riesca a risolvere
