Not first time. Always choose Accor hotels. This one very sufficirnt location for north NL trips. But this time I felt some cost cuttings in staff given free in the room. First time I felt this for a 4 star Accor hotel. All the rest is quite ok.

Just had a one night stay, room was clean but very small. Terrible beds and pillows, didn't sleep that much and the rooms are very noisy. The neighbours had 'fun' a couple of times and could hear everything. Toilet paper was by dispencer, not handy at all better place normal toilet paper rolls.

We booked for the special Christmas days — not too busy given the Corona restrictions . But we didnt feel any warmth from staff or anything that makes it a special stay. No warm holiday greetings in person or holiday message inside the room. We’ve stayed in other Accor hotels during Christmas in France, Morocco, and the MiddleEast, and we have been “spoiled” i guess with the “special treatment” esp, during holidays. Also, there’s no other options for pillows. The one we had was too hard. The second breakfast was also not coordinated well. We ordered the night before our brekki for the morning. We had to wait up to 8am as on sunday they only serve brekki at that time. It was difficult for our 5-yr old son to wait (he normally eats at 7am), but we managed. Only to be told that our order was somehow misplaced and they couldnt find it. Kitchen had to prepare our order again. Our son was already upset and unruly for a much more delayed breakfast. Then, they found that our order was in the take-away pile or so. Phew! We have to note that the breakfast to go was quite geenrous. Thanks for that!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was smaller than the Accor hotels in Australia but very cosy and comfortable. The bed was Good, the bathroom was excellent with great water pressure and very hot. We didn’t eat in the restaurant because it was booked out at the time we wanted to eat(we had booked a movie before arriving at the hotel). Was a bit out of town, about 3km. Would love to stay here again.

We have stayed in this hotel many times and are most of the times very happy, especially with the very nice staff in the restaurant and bar. Always a good breakfast with fresh orange juice. However, this time we got a room that was ice cold and when trying to get the heating on, the thermostat made a terrible noise and was not possible to turn off even after having turned off the heating (just a little bit less noisy). The beds are not made for two people if you don't have the same weight because you will fall down on the heavier person. For the second night we got another room where the heating worked, but still very, very cold bathrooms! Another strange thing is that you don't get body lotion any longer and when I asked the cleaning lady for it she said they didn't have it, but when my husband asked he got it. Would be nice if it could be in the room from the beginning. I am a Platinum member and have stayed at this hotel for about 7 years, twice a year, but next time we will probably try something else.
