Not up to the standards of a Mercure Hotel

I booked this hotel for its convenient location close to the highway. My room was on the third floor. Tired furniture but clean. It was bery loid as some young men libe downstairs and it being saturday they did not quiet until 2/00 am. When I had asked for another room the staff very kindly told me that was not possible as they were fully booked and that as pf 10:00 pm all would be quiet. That was not the case. On the awcond night, sunday, all went quiet at 10:00. I understand the need for housing dor what looked like youg men waiting for asylum. Bit if I book a business hotel I don’t want a hostel. Breakfast was very good. Oh and I shouldn’t t have to pay for parking - 4euros per day - there is no other option!

Staff and very friendly and accomodating. I enjoyed the food provided at both breakfast and lunch and coffee/tea/snacks provided throughout the day while using the meeting rooms. The meeting rooms and hotel rooms were clean and presented well with temperature control possible to ensure comfort.
