Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry that your experience was far from satisfactory. The issues you raised, from the state of the car park to noise disturbances and room conditions, are concerning. We take your comments seriously and will investigate each of these points thoroughly to ensure they are addressed. We have a company booked to renovate the car park.
