Dear Guest, Thanks for your review about our hotel. We are pleased that you found our hotel to be clean and our reception staff welcoming. Maintaining cleanliness throughout our establishment is a priority for our team. However, we are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the bathroom amenities, while we provide bath towels in all rooms according to the ibis standard, hand towels are available upon request at our 24-hour reception. About the room view, our hotel offers different views, with some rooms facing the front of the building rather than the courtyard. Finally, we appreciate your mention of our convenient location near Charleroi airport. Our secure private parking facility is indeed available at €12.50 per night, which allows guests to leave their vehicles safely while traveling. Dear Maaike, We are grateful for the time you took to review your recent stay. We are delighted that you appreciated our breakfast offerings and found our breakfast staff to be friendly and helpful. A good start to the day with a variety of choices, including hot and cold buffet options, is something we pride ourselves on. However, we regret to hear that you experienced discomfort due to the noise you encountered. Our central location does mean that the vibrancy of the city can sometimes be disruptive, and we apologize for any disturbance this caused. We would like to inform you that we offer earplugs at the reception for a more restful sleep. Additionally, we are sorry to learn about the air conditioning issue in your room. While we do have individual controls for air conditioning in each room, we understand that technical issues can arise and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. Nonetheless, we hope that the overall convenience and amenities of our hotel, such as our 24-hour reception and the variety of room options, contributed positively to your visit.
