Terrible experience because of a guy at reception called Nathan. We had booked a room by phone but when checking in, the price was 35,- euros more expensive than by Booking.com. So we chose to book a room through that site. Nathan became very angry

Nice basic hotel. Staff very helpful. Shame no tea coffee making facilities. Shower was too high for accessibility. Could do with a little up dating was clean & food good. Mattress to hard but staff provided a duvet to double up under me. Nathan on reception helped out when we needed anything. Very good location & lots with easy access.

We only stayed for two nights and were out most of the day, however the hotel is quite run down. I know it is budget friendly and that is the part of IBIS, but when I say the rooms are basic they are basic! Once thing concerned me and that was the window, the window seems broken so it is unable to open, if there is a fire how do you exit the building if you can’t get through the door? This needs to be looked at urgently as it’s very unsafe. We stayed in room 310. Like I say we weren’t in most of the time, but the hotel does need an upgrade everything felt a bit unclean.

The hotel included a convenient location near Charleroi airport (20 minutes by car), but it wasn't worth staying for more than one night. The hotel offered private parking at €12.5 per day. The room was clean, but the windows faced the back of the hotel with a poor view. The bathroom had only two shower towels and no face towels. The reception staff was friendly.

About the room view, our hotel offers different views, with some rooms facing the front of the building rather than the courtyard. Finally, we appreciate your mention of our convenient location near Charleroi airport. Our secure private parking facility is indeed available at €12.50 per night, which allows guests to leave their vehicles safely while traveling. Slightly run-down hotel. Best to get a room at the back. The front is very noisy until late at night due to drunk people shouting. The bench in front of the hotel is apparently used for drug deals. Airconditioning in the room did not work. Breakfast was good, breakfast staff very friendly and helpful.
