This is definetely not a 3-star hotel. Rude employees both at the reception desk and in the restaurant. Although the breakfast ended at 10:30, cleaning ladies told us to leave at 10:15. We found dirty spoons and cups where the clean ones were expected to stay. Same breakfast during our stay in the hotel, no vegetables – just one type of cheese (the same) and 2 types of hams, boiled eggs only and some yoghurt. Ladies from the kitchen were chasing you to see how many slices of bread you have on your plate. It is very cold in the rooms, ventilation is not working and there are no additional blankets in the room. When asked for an additional blanket the reception staff said that they don’t have one. Old furniture, no curtains, no brush for the toilet in any rooms. We were looking forward to leaving the hotel as soon as possible.

Very good budget hotel, great location ( next to metro station), good breakfast, helpful staff. The rooms are big and clean. I will be back soon :)

Very little staff spoke English and hotel staff was a little rude, the room cleaning didn’t always replace towels/make beds each night (I stayed for 6), breakfast food was good many options to choose from, and the hotel was close to metro which was nice.

I Book a room and received email confirmation of my booking, ref number and payment went through. To my surprise when I got to the hotel they informed they don’t have my reservation and later informed me reservation was cancelled due to none payment when challenged they informed of the true issue, they manage to over book the hotel. No email was sent to inform me of the cancellation and early find out when I got to the hotel @ 22:30 on Friday night, there was no help or assistance from the staff and was told there is no one here that can help till Monday morning. I very bad experience to say the least. Don’t book online

If this had been the first Ibis hotel I'd stayed in, I'd certainly never have stayed at an Ibis hotel again. Fortunately, I started staying at this hotel chain a year ago, in Berlin (Ibis Berlin Hauptbanhof), now Ibis Styles Romanville, and then this Ibis Paris Pantin Église hotel. The list of complaints starts with the lifts, where in one lift only one light bulb was on, in the other only two. The room hasn't been painted for many years, there were stains on the walls, cigarette marks on the sofa, the floor towel for the shower was all stained, the toilet seat was crooked, the drain covers (shower and sink) weren't fixed, etc, etc. I took several photos to prove it. What's more, this hotel was more expensive than the Ibis Styles Romanville, which is incomprehensible. It was a horrible experience, but fortunately it was just one night!
