Overall an enjoyable stay. The staff were excellent, helpful and caring and the hotel is very well priced compared with more central locations, whilst it is just over the road from the Philharmonie and only 30 minutes on the adjacent Metro to most of the central Paris attractions. For a Mercure hotel, I felt it needed a spruce up, the bedrooms were rather "tired" and basically equipped. Otherwise on the third floor, sleep quality was good, not so great if you are above the restaurant on the first floor. Breakfast was excellent , with a good supply of fresh ground coffee from the machines and both continental and a limited "English" (scrambled eggs & Bacon), plenty of fresh fruit and pastries. Unfortunately the breakfast room was rather cold and oddly only had patio heaters, mostly not working, despite being in doors!

If you want a place just to sleep its fine, but the corridors need updating and refresh, there were odd stains on the carpet. The rooms are a decent size but there was mould near the windows. the shower could not decide whether it was hot or cold, even though it was set to medium hot. the air conditioning did not work. I've had better stays in 2 and 3 star hotels.

Not what we expected. Website photos are a huge lie. Air conditioners did not work the entire time we stayed. The room was mediocre and needs a remodel. We were not provided enough towels or pillows for a family. Breakfast was also mediocre and one morning we were given cold eggs. The bar area first thing in the morning was nasty and not cleaned from the night before. Just a few steps away, there were very sketchy people loitering and people sleeping on the street on the next corner.

Good location for gig at Trabendo

Location of the hotel was ideal for a gig at Trabeno. Rooms were clean but carpet was dirty, no mattress protectors, just felt grubby. However we slept well and the bed was comfy, receptionist did not speak any English. Car park is really hard to find it’s actually right next to hotel but we missed it and had to turn around in the chaotic Paris traffic!

Ideal if you’re going to Zenith!

Ideal location if you have a concert at Zénith! Says it’s a 4 star but more a 3 star, room service snacking menu was broken via their QR code on the website which was disappointing after a long day travelling. We tried calling down to room service and reception but the phone lines wasn’t working. Very clean, and big room.
