Es un hotel que está muy descuidado, en su día fue un gran hotel pero ahora necesita reformas urgentemente. Las habitaciones están deterioradas, Yo pedí un cambio de habitación porque la bañera estaba rota y me cambiaron a otra pero en general, necesita una puesta a punto.

I went to this hotel days ago, I remember the staff in front office was really helpful, they were polite too, it's one of best experiences in jakarta. Will definitely come back! The food they served also great! I like the dimsum anyway, people should try it

Great service, unexpected value

We arrived tired at the hotel in the evening. A beautiful entry and the reception people were very friendly. Jojo the porter (my aunt called him Yoko Ono) a lovely elder and patient person helped us with any question we asked. We moved from the 11th to 9th floor because the rooms were not back to back which my aunt required. A broken safe was quickly replaced by a technician. The breakfast and delicious buffet offered plenty of choice and releaved us from looking for a restaurant in Jakarta. The hotel manager called Mr. Hero was our true hero. We were planning to go to Bandung by train 2 days after our arrival and when we explained he personally arranged this for us saving us an additional trip to station Gambir and fully enjoying our day tour in Jakarta the next day which he also arranged for us. The extra service offered by the hotel we loved very much. A small suggestion for improvement. The 2 lifts are not working together and need smarter programming to gain optimal customer experience. Up is ok but when the lift is going down it is annoying the lift virtually stops at any floor even when there are no people to enter, because they already took the other lift. But in all our experience has overachieved to what we expected.

Gran hotel en el norte de Jakarta.

El hotel es un poco antiguo, sobre todo los baños que tienen la famosa bañera. Tambien son muy pequeños. El resto del hotel es muy bueno. Esta situado en una de las Avenidas principales del norte de Jakarta con montón de sitios para comer. Saliendo a la izquierda esta Mangga Besar una calle con comida callejera que està riquísima. Tiene una piscina muy apañada y masaje si quereis. Muy recomendable. Pedid habitaciones altas y alejadas de la calle.Hay atascos de tràfico casi todo el día.

Me costo 100 euros 3 noches es un hotel de 4 estrellas, sin el desayuno incluido, queda super bien ubicado si te interesa conocer el centro de la ciudad, esta justo en el barrio chino que es muy divertido y tiene transporte publico justo al salir, digamos que no es el típico hotel turistico si no que va gente de alli, en general muy correcto todo
