We are sincerely sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly during the exceptional heatwave that affected Paris during your visit. We regret the inconvenience caused by the air conditioning issue. During this period, some rooms experienced reduced cooling performance due to the extreme temperatures. Our teams worked continuously to address reported issues as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, as the hotel was fully booked, we were unable to offer a room change on the night of your stay. We are also sorry if you felt that the communication and support provided did not meet your expectations. Dear Sir or Madam, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay. We are sincerely sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations. The issues you raised regarding the cleanliness of the room, the condition of the bathroom, and the shower not working properly are not in line with our usual standards of quality and hygiene, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Regarding the room temperature and the lack of an operable window, we understand your discomfort and regret the impact this had on your stay. However, please note that as our hotel is a high-rise building (IGH), local regulations in Paris do not permit windows that can be opened. For this reason, all rooms are equipped with a ventilation and air conditioning system. We are sorry if this system was not functioning properly in your room.
