Dear Peter, We are sincerely sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations. The exceptional weather conditions during your stay unfortunately placed our air conditioning system under considerable strain, which affected the comfort of some of our rooms. Our team remained fully committed to assisting our guests by offering room changes whenever possible and making fans available at reception. We also regret that the condition of your bathroom and the low water pressure in the shower did not meet the standards you rightly expected. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance team so that the necessary inspections and corrective actions can be carried out. Finally, we are sorry that noise from neighbouring rooms disturbed your stay. We understand how important a peaceful environment is and regret that your experience fell short in this regard. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced. Bonjour, Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience, mais également pour votre fidélité à la marque Novotel. Nous sommes d'autant plus désolés que votre séjour dans notre établissement n'ait pas été à la hauteur des expériences positives que vous avez pu vivre dans nos autres hôtels. Nous regrettons sincèrement les désagréments rencontrés à votre arrivée, notamment concernant la préparation du canapé-lit. Celui-ci aurait dû être prêt avant votre arrivée et nous comprenons parfaitement votre déception, d'autant plus après une longue journée passée en famille. Veuillez accepter nos excuses pour ce manque de réactivité. Nous prenons également bonne note de vos remarques concernant le petit-déjeuner ainsi que les éléments de maintenance constatés dans votre chambre. Elles ont été transmises aux équipes concernées afin que les vérifications et interventions nécessaires puissent être réalisées. Enfin, votre départ a malheureusement coïncidé avec un épisode de chaleur exceptionnel qui a fortement sollicité notre système de climatisation. Certaines chambres, notamment les plus exposées, ont effectivement été plus impactées que d'autres, ce que nous regrettons sincèrement. Nous espérons que cette expérience ne remettra pas en cause la confiance que vous accordez à la marque Novotel et qu'un prochain séjour nous permettra de vous offrir le niveau de qualité que vous êtes en droit d'attendre. Regarding the in-room facilities, we would like to clarify that the refrigerator was functioning properly, and the toilet door was closing as intended during inspection.
