At arrival we were met by a long haired man, acting like a robot with no smile or “welcome” attitude. Not a good start, but luckily we only stayed one night. The room is okay but it is obviously the hotel is old. The shower head is leaky and the functionality to change to flushing is not working. Despite above the breakfast is really good. In general a hotel I wouldn’t recommend and will not be my first choice

Check in was quick and easy I left it too late to check-in online, the welcome genuine and friendly. Staff very informative and explained facilities to us. Our room was spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable. Room well laid out and spacious. We were not prepared to pay €22 each for breakfast. Parking is underneath and plentiful, the hotel will validate your parking ticket for reduced rate parking currently €13 per. This hotel is well located about 20 minute walk into town. We found the Christmas market too spread out and not centrally located and whilst not crowded as a consequence, we found that it lacked atmosphere and wouldn't go again.

This is a clean, modern hotel. The food at the breakfast buffet is carefully curated, with exceedingly fresh and tasty eggs. My only caveat is that, after dining at the restaurant/ wine bar next door with members of a tour group, we found the walk from the restaurant in back of the hotel to the front entrance ( at night) was long and extenuated.

A clean and comfortable hotel in a nice location, next to the Weindorf and just under a mile south of Deutsches Eck. There are spectacular views from the higher floors. The reception staff are helpful. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice; fried eggs will be cooked on request. The hotel bar/restaurant has a good selection of wines and a limited choice of dishes, but it currently offers delicious smoked salmon with salad and roesti. We received friendly and efficient service from Christian Bette.

Lovely clean hotel, extremely comfy bed and bedding. Shame the breakfast was so expensive at 22 euros a head. Ideal location of you are looking for something slightly out of the main town, but within walking distance. Overall great experience and would recommend.
