On arrival if our room and entering it smelt like drains so we opened all the doors to let air in the smell did go after a few hours the air conditioning unit constantly drips water so you can’t use it at night as the noise is annoying withe drip Steak sandwich we ordered in the bar was $33 the steak was all fat so the most of my sandwich was lettuce cheese and tomato a total waste of money sat on the balcony and a rat ran down the wall so we came inside all through the night we kept hearing noises in the roof along with our neighbours arguing On the plus side the views onto the greens watching kangaroos is nice the rooms are spacious and clean

I actually got upgraded to an Apartment with two bedrooms! Watching the Kangaroos on the green and the ducks come up to meet us. It was a lovely atmosphere. My young people enjoyed their stay and the breakfast was nice.

Well-appointed room, modern styling, mini bar, coffee/tea making facility. Our room backed onto the golf course along with the roo's and colorful birds in the evening. Bit of a maze getting to reception. Restaurant was closed for renovation but could order the menu at the cafe/bar, food was ok but overpriced, in my opinion

Absolutely horrendous and would not recommend it to anyone. The staff needs proper training to serve customers.

I was deeply disappointed with my recent experience at The Vines Resort. While walking with my baby in a stroller, a staff member from the buggy team approached me in an extremely inappropriate and distressing manner. Instead of politely explaining safety concerns, I was told that my baby “could be killed.” This is a completely unacceptable way to speak to any parent or guest. Safety advice is important, but it can and should be delivered with respect and sensitivity. The language used was unnecessarily harsh, confrontational, and left me feeling shaken rather than cared for. For a resort that promotes itself as family-friendly, this experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and compassion. I will not be recommending this place to friends or family, and I hope management takes serious steps to retrain staff on how to communicate with guests.
