Having an own car park is an advantage, and at reasonable cost. The hotel is run with just enough staff, they all like very busy and can't spend much time on customer well being. I was surprised by the fine quality of food at the restaurant. Bravo to the Chef.

Very disappointing stay. Lobby is ok but the rooms are very simple. This is an ibis priced like the Riz Carlton. Poor value for money. Nothing wrong with the place but it is only worth 30-50% of the price.

Good breakfast. But the quality of the services are not as they should be for 4 stars hotel... The reservation of the room was paid in advance nevertheless the hotel reserved an additional deposit on my credit card which I've got back only after couple of weeks???

We arrived to Novotel Pont de Sevres on a Friday afternoon, with a valid ID, on a prepaid reservation. Unfortunately I have left my wallet which contained my credit card used for payment in the office at work. Due to not being able to show the credit card, although I had a photo of it, an electronic bank account statement available, electronic banking access that could prove I own the card, and I offered that my colleague who found the wallet to go to a Novotel reception and show the card, we were treated as THIEFS. My 78 and 72 years old parents were sitting at reception for two hours, waiting for a receptionist to consult procedures. In the end, we were asked to pay again in cash the cost of the 3 nights, provided that by check-out I would fly in the card to Paris and show it. This incident spoiled the first night, made us spend 5 hours in calls and contacting various people. I never expected such a treatment for a regular Accor hotels customer. The next day, a more reasonable and understanding person was at reception and by the second evening we got refunded. I never got any response from the complaint sent through Accor hotels official site, although I filed it a week ago. I cannot comment on the rest of the stay. Of course breakfast was good, room was clean etc. but that was expected. But never in my life I wasn't treated like a thief and this spoiled the entire stay.

Dear Lulia, Please accept again our apologies for the trouble due to the fact that you didn't have your credit card upon check-in. When a reservation is prepaid by credit card, the guest has to show it at his arrival, as written in the sales conditions. This procedure is settled to prevent frauds causing thousands of euros of loss per year. Our receptionnist only applies this instruction. Neverthless, I understand that this could disturb your stay. I hope to see you again soon, in order to show you our hotel under better circumstances. Kind regards

I enjoyed the stay especially by the friendly and helpful personnel at Novotel Sevres, greater Paris area. A very practical detail is, that from Sevres to the Palais d'Expositions you have a direct connection by a tramway, so that you do not need any taxi or rental car in order to move from hotel to the exhibitions!

We stay here at least once a year because it is close to family and public transportation, plus it has reasonable parking prices. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is good. If we stay out late we can always get a meal and drink at the restaurant.

I was allocated room 424. It was spoiled by the constant hum from the air conditioning units on the roof. I was able to get moved to room 404, much quieter and you can see the Eiffel Tower in the far distance. Food nothing special but cooked well and adequate

we had a great time and were upgraded our first room was a little on the noisy side with a noisy fan somewhere seemed like it was going all the time, the upgraded room was very quiet and we liked the ability to open windows. All service personal were very helpfull.

When we arrived at the hotel the room specification was not as expected and not as shown on the website when the booking was made. When we raised this the staff looked at the problem and came up with a very satisfactory solution which was very much appreciated particularly as the specification offered had influenced our choice of this hotel. We arrived at the end of April for a four day stay. Throughout our time at the hotel we received very good and courteous service from all the staff in the hotel.

A really clean hotel, lovely rooms, although on a busy road. Breakfast excellent, and staff only too happy to help. We were given an executive room which was marvellous, even though it was not requested, and I didn't have to pay the extra. Can't be faulted. Oh - except Eurosport on the television was in German, even though we were in Paris!!

A very pleasant stay. Quiet well equiped and comfortable room. Good breakfast. 10 minutes walk across the Seine from the metro (line 9). Staff all very friendly. Convenient secure parking beneath the hotel

Actually nothing to report. Everything worked perfect. Quiet room. Breakfast price is on the high side. WIFI free of charge perfect. The nearby Tramway makes this hotel an excellent hotel for travel into Paris and the exhibition halls at porte de Versailles.

Stayed here for one night on a business trip, very good if you traveling to the area, Metro and Tram way not too far from the hotel, La Defance is very close from Severs so if you are traveling to La Defance this would be a good place to stay if you don't want to pay big money (i.e. stay in La Defance) good service by the staff, overall good stay.

The hotel is located in the suburb of Sevres, just across the Seine. The metro station is only 5 minutes walk across the bridge, although it is right at the end of the line so it takes 30 minutes to reach the central stations. The famous Sevres porcelain museum is also close by. It was a typical Novotel, modern clean and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant several times and the food was fine, but the choice fairly limited. Staff were business-like but reasonably friendly, considering this is Paris. Altogether a good alternative to a more central but more expensive hotel. There is also private underground parking, which was useful for us as we had a car full of our daughter's stuff.

this hotel is good for business travelers that have business outside Paris. it is close to both RER and Metro. it took me half an hour direct metro to the center of paris for Dinner. the disadvantage is that by Public transpor tis took me an hour and a half t get to and from Charles de Gaulle airport. The only thing is that the Wireless (free) network needs some work. It was not very stable.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The hotel away from the city but you can reach the centre within 20-25 minutes using the Metro. The Bus to Versailles stops almost in front of the hotel.Our only complaint was the service at breakfast. The first morning a Weds the buffet was closed at 9:55 a.m., the next day the staff started closing it at 9:30 a.m. On the Friday it was 9:30 a.m.a again but they had to reopen due to the number of guests. It was very confusing our enquiry at the reception didn't help either - 'Breakfast until 10 a.m. on a festive day'. All in all a good place to stay.

we stayed at novotel to see the sites of paris. its close to the metro stop, just a short walk over the bridge on the Seine river. staff were helpful with directions in english. we saw the eiffel tower, arc de triumph, notre dame cathedral, versailles, and the parc de bologna. this hotel is quiet and we slept soundly. breakfast buffet was outstanding with croissants, cappuccino, fresh orange juice, etc. no swim pool, or fitness center.

The personnel and especially Thibaut was great! I can not understand why the management who seemed to be doing no great and urgent tasks could not help the front desk staff between 9 Am and 10 Am. I was unable to reach my family staying in the hotel because they had no one to answer the telephone during this time frame. I would not recommend this hotel.
