Great hotel with excellent location!

The Hotel was amazing. Everyone was very helpful and polite. The location was great, we were near the Metro Station and we could get around very easily. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again if I ever come back to Paris.

We stayed at Hotel Novotel Paris Vaugirard in late April. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is most welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We left a bag with some very sentimental souveniers at the hotel when we moved to London. Gate 1 Tour Manaager Michelle Tour Manager facilitated getting the hotel to package and mail the bag. I received the package today - one week later. The items were carefully packaged by the staff. Thanks so much to the staff that went above and beyond to get our souveniers back to us Sincerely Geri Waguespack

This was our second time staying at Novotel Vaugirard Montparnasse — we also stayed here in 2023. Our first visit was great overall, aside from an air conditioning issue, so we decided to return. We love how close the metro station is and appreciate the spacious rooms that comfortably accommodate our family. However, the same air conditioning problem came up again. It seemed the AC wasn’t working properly, and when we brought it up to the front desk, they suggested opening the window for cooler air. While that helped a little, the room remained quite warm. It’s worth noting that the window only opens slightly due to a built-in lever, so airflow was limited. On a positive note, we truly appreciated the complimentary minibar drinks, which were a welcome treat after a long day of travel. The staff was very friendly, especially the gentleman who answered all our questions and kept us informed about the fire alarm incident during our stay, as well as the lady who checked us in on our first day. We also loved that there was a water dispenser on every floor, making it easy to refill water whenever needed. I especially enjoyed the deep soaking tub — it was perfect for relaxing after long days of walking and sightseeing. Another feature we liked was that the toilet and shower were in separate rooms, which made it convenient when my husband or son needed to use the toilet while I was taking a shower or bath. This time, I rated "good" mainly due to the ongoing AC issues and the condition of the bathroom doors, which showed visible wear and damage — not something you'd expect at a Novotel hotel.

Health and Safety would have a field day in this hotel! Currently staying on the 5th floor in an executive room with 2 small children, the sofa bed is under the window which opens fully! So dangerous especially when there is no air conditioning. Please avoid this hotel if you have a family.

Nice hotel with a spectacular top bar with an amazing view of the Tour Eiffel. Nice Italian restaurant with a variety of good quality food, particularly inpressed by the pizza. The room was nice and spacious. Good location near a metro station.
