Dear Miriam M. E., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, during your visit we experienced an exceptional and significant technical incident. Two of our three elevators were out of service due to a major breakdown requiring intervention from an external company, and we fully understand how frustrating this was, especially when staying on the fourth floor with your family. We also sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the air conditioning. Due to the exceptionally high temperatures, its performance was unfortunately below the level we strive to provide, and we regret that portable fans were needed to improve your comfort. We are equally sorry to read about your breakfast experience. This is certainly not the level of hospitality we aim to deliver, and your comments regarding the service have been shared with the relevant managers so that they can be addressed with our teams. We appreciate your positive remarks about the cleanliness of your room and the friendliness of most of our staff. We understand that these positive aspects could not outweigh the inconvenience caused by the technical issues you experienced. Please accept our sincere apologies once again.
