부부와 3살 아이1명 4박동안 숙박했어요. 저는 아코르플래티넘회원이며 코너룸으로 업그레이드 및 얼리체크인(10시), 레이트체크아웃(14시), 플래티넘혜택연장 서비스를 받았어요. 멜버른 직전에 시드니 소피텔 달링하버에서 6박을 했어요. 그 때 경험이 너무 끔찍했어요. 좋은 시설에 불친절한 직원들, 아마추어 서비스까지 소피텔이 맞나 싶었죠. 그래서 멜버른 소피텔도 걱정이 되었어요. 하지만 제 기우였어요. 시설들은 잘 관리하고 있었고 직원들은 친절했으며 전문적인 훈련을 받으신 분들이에요. 한 예로 아들이 소피텔라운지 칵테일 아워때(심지어 주말) 식탁에서 그대로 토해버렸어요. 굉장히 많은 양을요. 저와 가족은 당황하고 주위분들에게 미안해서 어쩔 줄을 몰랐어요. 그 때 직원분들이 웃으시며 됌찮다고 자신들이.다 해결할테니 걱정마시라고 안심시켜 주셨어요. 다시 한 번 감사드려요. 저는 이 곳을 누구에게나 추천하고 싶어요. 5성 호텔하면 기대하는 모든 것이 있어요. 1층에서 만났던 분들, 로비, 특히 라운지, 하우스키퍼 분들 모두모두 감사했어요. 덕분에 지내는 시간이 참 행복했어요. 기회가 된다면 또 머물고 싶어요.
