Stayed as it was reasonably priced and close to LGW. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Perfect for a stop over before a flight. Staff helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and confortable. Half board is a great deal with a nice selection for dinner and breakfast. Shuttle bus frkm/to airport every 35 min for £5 makes it even easier.

My stay here was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everything was perfect—no issues at all. The food was lovely, the room service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to Lana, the amazing and wonderful cook, who made me the most delicious Cajun chicken burger I’ve ever had. Truly outstanding! Huge thanks as well to Florin and Neil, who were fantastic—always happy to answer my questions and making sure my stay was brilliant. I really appreciated the extra care they took to ensure my food was halal, which meant so much to me. The entire team deserves praise: the kitchen staff, cleaners, and everyone at the front desk were super amazing and made me feel genuinely welcome. I asked if I could check in early as my flight was before check in. The replied yes promptly. I arrived and the lovely lady found me a room, she said mine wasn't ready, then should found one which was. Room was perfect. Double with shower, tv and kettle. I had a toilet issue was fixed when I returned that evening. Asked for more milk, no problem. Very safe and kind. Would stay again. Highly recommend. Food looked and smelled delicious. Available 24/7.
