Carpet in room dirty and worn out. Bathrooms needed updating and furniture old Hotel lobby was ok along with halls but rooms needed updating Food breakfast buffet was decent

After a long year we wanted some timebjust to relax and refresh. The blue skies and warm weather were good but nothing compared to the service we received from Shawn and the team. We extended our stay another night - a great decision. Thank you Shawn and the whole Novotel team for making our stay special.

Great location,clean comfortable room with mini fridge and coffee/tea available. Also has a clean modern bathroom. Love!

Unfortunately booked a stay at Novotel and regretted it from the first time we arrived Waited at reception, no staff, once eventually checked in went to look for the restaurant to have dinner, no staff, eventually asked a young lady who said she would find someone to help us, waited over 5 minutes to eventually be taken to a poor buffet offering which we ate some of the low quality food and decided to then go for a drink at the bar, guess what - no staff - waited for 5 minutes and asked someone else with a drink where the staff were and they said they will eventually turn up, lo and behold the young lady from the restaurant did show up and served us after approx 10 minute wait At checkout, yes you guessed, we waited for the one member of staff to walk off to sort out an issue for another guest and again after around 10 minutes we were seen to! I suggest booking somewhere else where they actually offer customer service and decent food
